Stand Alone Breakthrough

Call time on exhaustion, anxiety, and spiraling self-doubt. This intensive bespoke session, designed around your specific needs, gets to the heart of what’s holding you back and driving behaviors—fast.

Having identified blockers and negative thoughts, we’ll arm you with empowering self-beliefs and the tools you need to navigate challenging emotions.

This package includes:

• 8 hour process divided into 3 consecutive sessions 

• Mental and Emotional Release® therapy, NLP techniques, and Energy Work

Breakthrough Coaching

A natural follow-on from a Stand-Alone session, the Breakthrough package brings additional depth (and accountability) to help you transform your life. We’ll explore your conscious and subconscious mind to align your values and actions, release negative emotions and limiting beliefs, and bring about sustainable results.

This package includes:

• 6-8 hours covering one life focus

• 3 x weekly coaching sessions per month

• Starts one week after completion of BTS

• Option for 3, 6, and 12 month coaching

Standard Coaching

For many, the path to burnout has been long and complex. It can take time to bring about lasting change. The Standard package focuses on core values, boundaries and goal setting, action planning, and accountability. Please note that homework sets you up for success, so expect projects between sessions.

This package includes:

• 3 months: 60 mins (3 weeks per month with access to Jo via text and email in between)

• 6 months: 60 mins (3 weeks per month with access to Jo via text and email in between)

• 12 x weekly coaching sessions (3 weeks per mont)

Rapid Clarity

Emotions run high during times of stress, so this session provides a crisis resolution approach to working through specific issues. If you’re feeling hyper-stressed, we’ll reframe and your thoughts and feelings and create a dynamic action plan in a short space of time.

• $225 / £175 for 1 hour

• $375 / £290 for 2 hours
